We're looking for a creative audio professional

We're looking for a creative audio professional to help our Voice Department turn each event’s vision into a polished, customized audio experience for festivals, parades, nonprofit walks, celebrations, conferences and other community events.

You will collaborate with organizers to understand the event’s theme, audience, sponsors, purpose and desired calls to action. Using approved information, you will simplify, strengthen scripts, verify sponsor-name ... pronunciations and produce engaging voice messages— Messages may include event welcomes, sponsor recognition, interesting facts, safety information, schedule reminders and actionable instructions.

The project also includes selecting and organizing music that matches the event’s energy, audience and pacing. All music, lyrics, announcements and produced content must be clean, appropriate and family friendly. We also want to use AI tools creatively to develop original custom songs, jingles or event-theme music when appropriate. AI-created content must be reviewed, edited and approved for accuracy, quality, tone and suitability.

Final production may include voice recording, sound cues, smooth fades, message placement between songs and removal of unwanted silence. Deliverables include individual audio tracks plus one complete, flattened event program. Drafts must be clearly labeled, easy to review and delivered on schedule so final approval and programming are completed before the event.
