Seeking help producing an album

My wish is for the album to sound like a little Balloonerism but intentionally not as clean or polished. Make it feel like it came from real instruments instead of a DAW. I also want to having moving spatial audio panning so it feels like you're in a room of instruments. This isn’t singing or straight rapping it’s a hybrid like mac miller does "melodic rapping" or whatever you call that style. I just need help making the beats to the songs since I can't play guitar/k ... eys yet and I don't know how to produce.

- Four Walls sets up that at home I feel isolated and alone
- Anchorism tells you how much I care about my friends
(after this it’s a chronological story)
- Hit The Gas is about when I get invited to hang with my friends I get hype and “hit the gas”
- Scribble Scrabble is fuckin around with the boys
- Dog Eared is about how we’re kinda rough around the edges or unconventional but we love it
- Beams is a turning point because it’s late at night and I realize the night is ending already so I have to go home and I don’t want it to end
- Bordeaux Loop is me stalling from going home
- The Usual Order is me finally home confronting my loneliness
- Thoughts is me growing from it
