Recreate simple folk song from demo – female vocals + acoustic guitar + mix/master

I have a finished demo of a simple folk song consisting mainly of female vocal and acoustic guitar. The song, lyrics, vocal melody, chords, structure and arrangement are already complete. I am not looking for songwriting or a new arrangement. I need the recording recreated from scratch with:
– real female lead vocal, female backing vocals / harmonies matching the demo
– real acoustic guitar,
– editing as necessary,
– mixing,
... – mastering.
The demo was created with Suno and should be treated only as a reference/blueprint. No Suno or other AI-generated audio should be used in the final recording.The goal is to stay quite close to the demo in melody, phrasing, tempo, structure and overall atmosphere, while making it sound like a natural human performance.
Budget around $300, some flexibility for the right person/team.
I am open to either one person handling the whole production or several musicians working together, as long as I receive a finished, release-ready master. 24-bit WAV, plus separate vocal and guitar stems.
