Need a remake

Hi! I have an instrumental that I wrote a song to, but the instrumental itself is very simple and loop-based. I need a new, original instrumental recreated from this reference that stays EXTREMELY close to it musically because my existing vocal melody and lyrics are already written to it.

I want the same tempo, key, chord progression/movement, melodic pattern, drum groove, bass movement, timing and overall feel. I do NOT want a reinterpretation or a differ ... ent beat inspired by it. I want the new production to be immediately recognizable as extremely similar to the reference, just recreated from scratch with higher-quality sounds and developed into a fuller professional arrangement.

Please keep the central melody and rhythm as close as legally possible while making enough original production choices that I can commercially release my song. I would like subtle transitions, fills and layering so it doesn’t sound like the same short loop repeating for the entire song.

Before I order, can you listen to my instrumental and confirm that you can recreate it this closely? Also, will I receive exclusive commercial rights to the finished instrumental, and can you provide the WAV and stems?
