Seeking a Musical Director / Creative Producer for a Live Show

I’m an artist preparing the biggest live show of my career this September and I’m looking for an experienced Musical Director / Creative Producer to help turn my studio catalog into a rehearsal-ready live show.

The project includes around 12 songs. Some have full stems, others only stereo mixes and require creative adaptation. Every song is different, and I’d like us to dec ... ide together what best serves the live performance.

I’m also a producer and have already started adapting several songs. I’m looking for someone who enjoys making musical decisions, organizing the workflow, and helping shape the show—not just executing tasks.

One of the biggest things I’m looking for is someone who keeps momentum. I naturally explore many creative possibilities, so having someone who can confidently say, “This is the direction—let’s commit and move on,” is just as valuable as their musical skills.

I’d like this to be a genuine creative partnership with a flexible workflow where ideas move back and forth. Ideally you’d help lead the project with me, but I’m equally open to collaborating on only part of it if that’s where your strengths lie.
