I'd like to commission a short, original musical signature — a brand sting

I'd like to commission a short, original musical signature — a brand sting — that will open and close every episode of a narrated audiobook and its companion podcast.
What I need (deliverables):
- A 5–6 second intro sting
- A 6–10 second outro sting (a natural resolution of the intro is fine)
- A bare 2–3 second version for short transitions/IDs
- The stems, plus final files as high-quality WAV (48 kHz / 24-bit)

... Rights (important):
This is a work-for-hire / full buyout. On delivery and payment, I'm asking for an exclusive assignment of all rights to the final music — both composition and recording — worldwide and in perpetuity, across all media. That expressly includes use as a recurring brand theme / audio logo, in a commercially sold audiobook (Audible/Amazon), in podcasts, and in video/YouTube, with no ongoing royalties, and full copyright ownership. I'll also need your written confirmation that the work is 100% original and free of any third-party or library-sample rights.
