String Quartet Arrangements

I'm looking for string quartet arrangements (2 violins, viola, cello) of my own original songs, to be performed live at my wedding ceremony this September.

Scope: I have 5–10 songs I'd like arranged. I'd like to start with a single song as a paid trial to make sure we're a good fit, then commission the rest if it goes well.

Source material: I'm a producer and have full produced recordings of each song (Studio One). I can provide whatever's ... most useful — final mixes, stems, MIDI, and/or lead sheets/chord charts.

A few questions so I can plan:
1. What format would you like the source songs delivered in?
2. Since these will be played live by a quartet, can you deliver a notated score plus clean individual parts (PDF) for the players to read?
3. What's your per-song rate — both for a single trial song and as a bulk rate across 5–10?
4. What turnaround should I expect per song, and for the full set?
5. How many revisions are included per arrangement?
6. Anything else you need from me to get started?
