looking for mixing & mastering engineers for my debut concept album

I'm working on my debut concept album and I'm looking for mixing & mastering engineers as well as folks to advise & help with promotion. My sound is a blend of all of the music I love- combining elements of goth rock, post punk, folk punk, grunge, shoegaze, and more into a cinematic blend of sonic release. I'm looking for an engineer who can work within this abstraction of genre & style to get to the core of the music and balance everything in order to enhance the story ... and message of the album. The album has a projected release in December of this year so deadline is late september/early october, and will consist of 12 songs varying between 2-6 minutes. No two songs truly fit within the same genre, so adaptability and range are very important to this project. My budget for each song is around $200 with some wiggle room.

The album follows a 400 year old vampire witch asking the question; what does it mean to be a monster? Though the album is not sequential, her story is one to be unravelled over the course of several albums consisting of songs with thematic links rather than a continuous story. Due to the cinematic content of the album, experience in sound editing for film will be a huge plus.
