Seeking powerful male vocals for a Prog house / EDM track

My name is Jordan and I'm an EDM producer of 10+ years. I have this demo that I've been working on for a while called "Polaroid" and I'm seeking the right vocalist for it.

The song is a story about a guy who took a Polaroid photo w ith the girl of his dreams at a party one day. Time passed, they moved on with their lives, but he still can't stop thinking about her, and all he has to remember her by is this Polaroid they took years ago and the fleeting mome ... nt it captured.

I'm looking for someone to essentially sing the part I have "as-is", adding in harmonies during the chorus and prechorus sections (and anywhere else you may feel it fits).

Budget is set at $200 for this right now but willing to increase for the right vocalist! Ideally I'm looking for someone with a powerful, emotional, almost nostalgic sounding voice. Having a belt range (if that's the right term) for emphasis in the choruses would be a plus for sure.
