Full song production - write / produce from my lyrics

Hola,

So here's my situation. I'm an author and wrote a theme-song for my latest book. But I can only do lyrics, can't write music, sing, or play any instruments, let alone anything else. So I need to hire someone to do the rest.

Here's the lyrics for the work, which paint a fairly clear protest song style song, but I don't imagine this as the Dylan style at all. Not sure what I do imagine it as.
