looking for a custom acoustic guitar track for a deeply personal project

I’m looking for restoration and partial reconstruction of 1990s production/library music from noisy broadcast recordings containing crowd noise, commentary, unwanted sound effects, VHS artifacts, and compression. I want authentic, period-correct restoration that preserves the original vintage character rather than sounding overly modernized or overprocessed. Experience with iZotope RX, spectral editing, Demucs/UVR, and authentic 90s sound sources is preferred, especial ... ly the ability to reduce intrusive sound effects while rebuilding damaged musical elements. The sound/aesthetic I’m aiming to preserve is similar to early-to-mid 1990s FirstCom, KPM, Chappell AV, Non-Stop Music, Music House, Parry Music, and Atmosphere Music libraries, especially dramatic, suspenseful, action-oriented orchestral/neoclassical broadcast music from that era. Some tracks may also need incomplete sections extended or reconstructed seamlessly in an authentic 1990s style. I will include the song I would like recreated.
