Piano Transcription Needed for 2:45 Vocal/Piano Song (Passion Project)

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone with a great ear to help me out with a personal passion project.

I have a specific, alternate version of a song by a well-known singer that features just him and a piano. The song is exactly 2 minutes and 45 seconds long. I am hoping to get an incredibly accurate transcription of the piano part so I can learn to play it exactly the way he does in this specific recording.

Project Details:
• Leng ... th: 2:45
• Instrumentation: Just piano and vocals (I only need the piano part transcribed).
• Complexity: It’s a relatively simple track with basic chords. The melody repeats for most of the song with only slight chord and rhythm variations throughout.
• Current State: I actually already have a transcription of this version, but it’s incorrect and has the wrong chords here and there. I need someone to fix it or start fresh so it's 100% accurate.

Because the song isn't wildly complex or overly technical, this shouldn't be a crazy, in-depth project for an experienced transcriber with a good ear. I am absolutely willing to pay a fair rate for your time and expertise, but please keep the simplicity of the track in mind when quoting!
