I’m looking for strong male and female vocalists

I’m looking for strong male and female vocalists for a range of original pop, rock, and metal songs. Sounding 20s to 40s.
The style leans toward powerful, expressive singers with real character in the voice — strong range, emotional delivery, and some grit when needed. Think more in the spirit of 80s and 90s vocals: big, confident, melodic, dynamic, and capable of both power and control.
I’m looking for singers who can be powerful without oversinging ... , restrained without sounding weak, and who know how to bring attitude, emotion, tension, and release into a powerful performance.
A great fit would be someone who can move naturally between melodic pop/rock phrasing and stronger rock or metal energy, depending on the song.
