I’m looking for an emotional, mature vocal – authentic, not too polished.

References: i.e. Chris Stapleton / Americana feel.

Rights:
Do I get full commercial rights to use and release the vocal (Spotify, YouTube, etc.) without any additional fees?
Costs:
Can you confirm the total price is all-in (including doubles, harmonies if possible, revisions), and that it will not exceed 250$ in total?
Royalties / Credits:
This is my original song (lyrics + concept).
I would prefer a full buyout with no royalty or songwriting claims – is that okay?
Deliverables:
Would I receive clean WAV files (lead vocal, doubles, optional harmonies)?
