Need Editor/Producer to help with Final Arrangement / Cuts

note: I am open budget wise - depends on size of song being worked on. I am a singer-songwriter (indie folk, Americana, rock) and need help from someone who is good at arranging, to help edit down some songs that have too thick arrangements at the moment. This could lead to a lot of work potentially if it's a fit. I have 8 songs I want reviewed to start with that will form the first album but I'm working on multiple albums at once.; not all songs need cuts. th e produce ... r I was working with is great in a lot of respects, but the songs sound slightly overproduced at times to me. so I need an editor/producer who specializes in nailing down arrangement cuts before the songs go to the mixing engineer. there are a lot of good instrumental and vocal options to choose from. i prefer someone who can make the edits directly themselves, but if needed, I can have another audio editor execute them if you provide very clear instructions. some songs have a lot of parts - like 40 stems and others have just a few 10-15, so I think we would have to devise a fee based on the size of the song. I am hoping to have this done in the next 2-3 months. communication via text/email is good. I work in logic and can share the whole project files that way or send individual wav stems. the sample song is not aligned/tuned or mixed here; it is just to give a feel for the style of music. I want someone who appreciates and understands the kind of music I'm making.
