Lighthouse Piano Works: "The Seventh Ladder" Production Brief

Project Scope: Production of a 11-track modern-classical piano series. We are currently green-lighting the pilot track, "The Seventh Ladder," with a production budget of $500.

The Production Chain & Budget Allocation:

Phase 1: Transcription & Engraving ($75) * Input: MIDI (via .aif Green Loop) + Audio Reference.

Output: Henle-style PDF (9x12), MusicXM ... L, and native source file (Sibelius/Dorico).

Phase 2: Performance & Recording ($250)

Requirement: Conservatory-level pianist with a high-end grand piano (Steinway/Yamaha C7 preferred) and professional mic array.

Output: High-res 24-bit WAV stems (Dry).

Phase 3: Mixing & Mastering ($175)

Requirement: Modern-classical specialist.

Output: Final Master (WAV/FLAC) + DDP for digital distribution.

Deadline for "The Seventh Ladder":

Final Master Delivery: [Target: April 1, 2026]

We expect the Engraving phase to be completed within 7 days of hire to allow the time for recording and mixing.

Terms:
This is a Work-for-Hire agreement. Lighthouse Piano Works LLC retains 100% ownership of all masters, scores, and source files. We are looking for a consistent team to handle the subsequent 10 tracks following a successful pilot.
