Looking for Producer to help me put together my record and develop my sound.

Hello Airgigs peeps! I am a music producer/Artist and I am looking for another producer to help me put together a full leangth record. My sound is Deep House meets Pop with a little bit of RnB. Mostly Vocal drivin tracks.

What I need is someone who can help me with another set of ears as well as strategize the recording process, sound selection, song selection, song writing (if needed), and anything else a producer needs to do. This is more of a classic ... producer role (managing, guiding,etc.) then a beat maker - though that may come in handy.
