Female Vocalist Wanted for Long-Term Emotional Electro Duo (NOVA & VANO)

I’m Mickael, producer, composer and artist releasing music under the name NOVA.
I’m currently building a long-term artistic duo called NOVA & VANO.

This project is not about hiring a voice for a one-off track.
It’s about building an artistic identity, an emotional universe, and a body of work over time (regular singles, an EP, and eventually an album).

NOVA & VANO lives in a nocturnal, ... intimate and cinematic world.
The music blends emotional electro, alternative pop, and subtle electronic textures where the bass and atmosphere carry the emotion.

The voice is central: close to the microphone, expressive but restrained, fragile yet confident.
I’m looking for a vocal presence that feels human, sincere and timeless, not overproduced or generic.

A soft, velvety, warm female voice

Emotional, intimate tone with strong interpretative sensitivity

Ability to sing with subtlety, breath, and nuance

Comfortable with close-mic recordings

Vocal universe close to Jaime Deraz / alternative pop / emotional electro

Artistic personality and emotional intelligence are more important than technical perfection

This is a real artistic collaboration, not a ghost or session job.

You will be credited as a main performing artist

Royalty sharing on released music

Project designed for the long term

Clear and transparent collaboration

No exclusivity: you remain fully independent for your own projects and other collaborations

The goal is to start with a first song to see if the artistic chemistry is there, and if it feels right for both of us, continue building the project together.
