looking for a mixing engineer for shoegaze / alt-rock

I’m a newer artist making shoegaze / alt-rock and I’m looking for a mixing engineer to help bring my songs to life. I currently have two demos that I recorded and roughly mixed myself to sketch the vision. They need more impact and polish. There will be a third song as well, but I don’t have a demo for that one yet. My influences include novulent, quannnic, whatsaheart, Title Fight, and Loathe. What I’m looking for: Mixing + mastering for all three tracks (Spotif ... y/Apple Music ready) Guidance on recording clean vocals (home / car / closet setup) Help with vocal arrangement ideas (harmonies, layering, effects) One creative idea I’d love help with is a soft, atmospheric vocal moment before a chorus — hazy, distant, and textured (not literal whispering). Inspiration: Loathe – “Is It Really You?” (3:05–3:25) and the intro of quannnic – “life imitates life.” I’m open to collaborating on how to execute it. Budget: Around $300 total, open to discussing scope. I can share the two demos right away.

Additional info:
I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible.
