Vocal stems

Hi -

I'm the lead designer for a competitive public high school indoor drumline program. (Youtube: "WGI Indoor Drumline" for examples) This program competes nationally and the vocal stems would used as part of our production. I have an uncommon request.

We are using the song "Somewhere Only We Know" by Keane in our program this year and are in need of clean vocal stems we can use for our production. We have already secured arranging rights ... for the song. In additional to a clean lead vocal for the entire song we have some small additions that we would like to adjust for the specifics of our program so I have listed everything we would need below:

1) A clean lead vocal stem of Somewhere Only We Know in the original key
2) The lines "So why don't we go? So why don't we go?" from 3:04-3:10 in the original song, but sung softer and more gentle
3) In the key of G (1 whole step down) The line "I felt the earth..." at 0:34 in the song but instead of "sat by the river and it made me complete" we would change the lyric to "sat in the garden and it made me complete"

No effects are necessary outside of simple compression or EQ that you feel suits your voice. My only note is that clear annunciation is important since competitions are held in a high school gym and the boomy nature of the arena causes unclear vocals to get lost.
