Tenor Sax Recording for My Song (Backtrack Needed)

I’m working on a song where the original melody is sung by a female vocalist.
My idea is to replace the vocal part with a soft, expressive tenor saxophone, following the same melodic line and emotional phrasing.

A few questions to understand if the project:
1. Backing Track:
I don’t currently have the instrumental version of the track (without vocals).
• Would you be able to help source or recreate a backing track?
... • Or should we consider re-recording the accompaniment?
2. Style:
I’m looking for a soft, warm tenor sax tone—something lyrical, smooth and emotional, very close to a vocal expression.
3. Deliverables:
• MP3
• The full melodic line replacing the vocal
• Optional: small improvised fills if you feel it adds emotion
• Number of revisions included?
4. Rights:
Can I use the final sax recording for streaming / digital release?
5. Budget & Timeline:
Could you please give an estimate for:
• Sax recording
• Backing track sourcing or recreation (if needed)
• Expected delivery time
