Music Arrangement for my songs (consultation)

My current music arrangement producer has just retired and I am looking to collaborate with someone who can replace him. 

As an independent singer-songwriter, all my work is self-produced and self-released, and I have always had full creative control over the lyrics and melodies of my songs often exploring themes of identity, vulnerability, and emotional resilience.

I have released two digital albums of self-penned songs that can be stream ... ed on major music platforms such as Spotify.
