Need background music transcribed by ear into a clean MIDI

I have a YouTube video where a poem is read with calm background music. I need the background music transcribed by ear into a clean MIDI (and optionally a notation score).

Important — for Synthesia use:

Deliver MIDI Type 1 with two main tracks: Right Hand and Left Hand (named exactly like that), plus any extra pad/strings as separate tracks.

Keep the arrangement beginner-friendly: avoid heavy chord clusters and excessive orn ... amentation; prioritize clear melody + simple accompaniment.

Include tempo map, time signature, key, and sustain pedal (CC64).

Light/ musical quantization (not 100% robotic).

Keep note ranges comfortable for a standard 88-key piano; minimize large hand stretches and cross-hand overlaps.

Deliverables:

MIDI (.mid, Type 1) split by hands as above.

Optional: MusicXML and PDF score.

1–2 small revision rounds to adjust difficulty if needed.

I will provide the YouTube link and any timecodes. Goal: a faithful but not over-complicated transcription suitable for learning in Synthesia.
