Metal/Hard Rock Guitarist Needed For Student Short Film

Seeking young adult (18-29) male guitarist with ‘rocker’ look, electric guitar, case, and amplifier to star in a student short film. Ideally will be able to play an improvised heavy metal solo on camera. The character does not have spoken lines, but the guitarist will be required to do some acting via facial expressions and body language. The film's runtime will be two minutes in total and a decent amount of that will be the guitar solo.

Guitar ... ist will be required to transport himself and his equipment to Chapman University's Orange campus, participate in one day of filming, and bring valid ID (campus is open to the public, but it never hurts to be cautious). Filming date will be decided between guitarist and filmmaker, but will have to be before Thursday, September 4th. Script will be sent via pdf to interested parties who reach out.

Filmmaker will pay $100 via Venmo or cash upon completion of filming. Amount is somewhat flexible, but the filmmaker is a college student with a limited budget and cannot go over $300.
