Looking for rhythm track editing for a 10- song indie/punk/rock album.

We have started recording our latest album and I am thinking I`d like to tighten up the drums and bass tracks.

We always play everything live, but our drummer`s kick pedal work often needs a bit of editing. He`s a great drummer, but for whatever reason, his weak spot is his kick work which means that the bass can`t lock in on it perfectly.

When I mix I end up manually moving kick hits around, tweaking the bass etc etc, but obviously this t ... akes FOREVER and I`m not always happy with the results. If you move the kick in one part, it throws the whole drum track out, I get artifacts etc. I am not using Pro Tools so I do not have the option of using Beat Detective and such.

Anyway, for this album we decided to play to a click track and are hoping someone can tighten everything up a bit.

Could you give us a quote for editing drums and bass into time, for ten tracks, ranging in length from under 2 minutes, and out to about 4 1/2 minutes? A couple of songs have sections where the BPM changes in-song, but nothing tricky. The playing is pretty solid, but needs a little plastic surgery here and there......the good kind, you know where no-one ends up looking like a robot if possible.

We are not in a serious rush, a couple of weeks is fine.
