Adele-Style Ballad Production & Mixing in Cubase

I’m producing a piano ballad in the style of Adele’s “Someone Like You”. I already have the piano track (midi) and a scratch vocal recording. This is for a high school project and does not need to be "radio-ready" but should be as close as possible.

I’m looking for an experienced producer/mix engineer to:
* Mix and polish the piano + vocal (EQ, compression, de-essing, reverb, balancing, etc.) so it sounds close to Adele’s style.
... * Suggest improvements (vocal treatment, dynamics, arrangement).
* Optionally add basic string layers (VST) to support the arrangement (e.g. cello and maybe violin).

Deliver:
* A finished mix (WAV/MP3)
* My project back with all settings visible (Cubase project if possible, or detailed plugin chains/parameters). I want to learn from the process, not just get a finished product.
