Seeking someone who can remake the Purge voiceover for me

You ever seen the movie "The Purge"? I run a christmas light show for the public and raising money for charity and am remixing the emergency broadcast scene from the movie to fit in with my christmas light show.
The script is as below:

This is not a test.

This is your emergency broadcast system announcing the commencement of the third annual Christmas light show sanctioned by the Barker Family

Moving spotlight ... s have been authorized for use during the show. All other decorations, including talking Christmas trees, candy canes and the grinch, are fully operational and have also been authorized for use.

Commencing at the siren, any and all holiday festivities, including singing and dancing, will be legal for the next 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Blessed be the season of giving, a time for joy and celebration. May your hearts be merry and your spirits bright.

The Annual Barkwood Christmas Light Show is now in effect. May your eyes be dazzled, and may the holiday spirit guide you. Let the show begin.
