Seeking experienced female singer with soft / hard rock style

Hi we are looking for a dynamic experienced female singer with a higher range, but also sounds nice in the lower register.

The track (key of the track is Bb)
It is somewhat of two extremes, in the verses and bridges, it is of more a darker and sinister tone, we would like to hear a lower tone and perhaps try a middle tone, in a type of dark/deeper type of register, even revenge style, (though artistic licence is always appreciated.)
Then mov ... ing on, working through and toward the chorus, where the track needs the vocal range to lift the chorus.

The chorus
Well, that really steps up to the mark and has an emotional lift.
During the chorus sustain on some vocal lines would be fantastic, the chorus is
of some concern because of the higher register required to achieve it, we hope it isn't too high for most singers. But this has been a little bit of a problem so far.

The lyrical content
is of a slightly darker theme.
It involves revenge, and the tone of the voice would need to emphasize the emotional response and vocal tone to enhance the lyrics.

We have prepared a backing track and there is a guide vocal,
please excuse my writing partner's voice, (though a far cry from my own!)
But it gives an idea of the direction we are looking for.
