Mix Needed: 90-min Live Concert (Chamber Orchestra + Musical Theater Singers) for YouTube/Promo

Hi! I’m looking for a remote mixing engineer experienced with live concert recordings, preferably with chamber/orchestral or musical theater sound.

Project details:

~18 multi-track orchestra stems (strings, winds, brass, percussion)

4 amplified singer tracks (musical theater style)

2 stereo “audience” or room tracks (for optional blend/ambience)

Full concert ~90 minutes, includes ... spoken moderation

Source audio is clean and uses the same mic setup/mix used in the live show

What I need:

A single overall mix of the entire concert (no separate track-by-track production)

Minimal spot-fixing where needed (e.g. balancing an entrance here or there)

No high-end mastering required—just a good, balanced mix suitable for YouTube videos and a promo reel

Deliver as a single stereo file (or two halves if preferred for file size)

Important:

This is not for audiophile or album release. Budget is very tight, so I'm looking for a simple but solid job that balances the orchestra and singers well enough for online promo.

I’m happy to provide a live reference mix (FOH) used in the concert.
