Looking for a creative Bassist – Fretless a Plus

Hi there!
I'm producing an 8-track album of original songs that blend poetic lyrics, rich acoustic textures, and a soft groove with touches of psychedelia and alternative vibes. The songs are played on a 12-string acoustic guitar tuned to Drop C, featuring intricate fingerpicking and unique harmonic movement.

I'm looking for a bassist with a personal tone and a strong sense of emotional presence, harmonic precision, and possibly some Middle Eastern ... nuances, if they fit the mood.
Playing fretless bass is a big plus.

The schedule is tight – I'm looking to wrap up recordings relatively soon, so quick turnaround is important.

We’ll start with just one track to see if the musical chemistry is there. If it clicks, we’ll move forward with the remaining 7.

I’ll send rough mixes, stems, and guidance.

Remote collaboration, but clear and responsive communication is key.

What I’m really after: depth, sensitivity, and an ear for the space between the notes.
