Romany May is a 27 year old singer/songwriter from Birmingham, UK. She has been singing since the tender age of five. Coming from such a musical family, it was only a matter of time before her own musical talent started to shine through. At first, she recorded many children's jingles along with her brother Cristian, including the theme tune to the kids' TV show 'Rummy the Parrot' in California USA.

Over the years, Romany has gained a great deal of experience of studio recording with her father, professional vocalist David Saylor (the platinum selling recording artist who enjoyed chart success in North and Latin America and Spain).

Romany has also worked on a world music project called Big Shop Music and has gained a great deal of experience recording numerous radio jingles and cover songs for Countdown International. She has also worked with Nashville's Country Music producer, Michael Salacuse and has appeared on one of his Extreme Country CD (Eurotwang) featuring on the song 'Let's Get this Started'.

As well as recording jingles and performing backing vocals, Romany dabbles in songwriting. Together with guitarist Chris Rowlands, she has co-wrote a number of pop/rock songs under the name of 'Clyde', one of which became her first music video called 'Say it Loud'.

Romany has also been involved in a project with a Spanish songwriter in which she recorded an album in Spanish and filmed videos of some of the tracks. This project
received a lot of interest from record labels throughout the USA and Latin America.

Romany was cast to appear in a pop video by infamous US Cinema Photographer John Perez who has worked with the likes of Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Inna, Coldplay, Beyonce and Alicia Keys.

A few years back, Romany was working with Dutch DJ/Producer, Marc Hartman and performs vocals on his R 'n' B single 'In My Mind'.

As of late, Romany has taken to the House/EDM music scene, having written and featured on many tracks for the likes of Endor, TRU Concept, RobbieG, Midnight City and more.

This multi genre vocalist has over 20 years of studio recording and songwriting experience. She prides herself professionalism and delivers a high standard of work at a fast pace.
