Includes mixing and mastering of up to 48 tracks. Unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied.

MASTERING
Professional mastering by me is included in this package. While I’m confident in my mastering abilities for most applications, there are engineers who, just as I specialize in mixing, specialize in mastering. If your song is a major release, will receive major radio play, or will be released to vinyl, it is strongly recommended that you consider getting your song mastered separately at a mastering studio. You will receive both a pre-mastered mix and a studio-mastered mix so you can make this decision later.

ROYALTIES & PUBLISHING
No royalties/publishing applies to this project.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
JONAH BROCKMAN agrees that all work from the inception through completion for the Client will be considered a “work made for hire” (see United States Copyright Act – Section 101) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All rights, title, and interest in each Master Recording which may be considered attributable to JONAH BROCKMAN will be deemed transferred to the Client by the agreement upon completion and payment of any outstanding balance.

All masters made under the agreement, from the inception of recording and any recordings derived therefrom, shall be the sole property of the Client, free from any claims whatsoever by JONAH BROCKMAN. The Client shall have exclusive right to claim ownership of and register the copyright to the master in his/her name throughout the world.

JONAH BROCKMAN waives the benefit of any provision of law known as “moral rights” or any similar analogous provision of any treaty, statute, regulation or rule of law of any government or quasi-governmental body in any country of the world or throughout the universe.

The Client agrees that no recordings, ideas, or other work produced or performed by JONAH BROCKMAN may be used or shared publicly until all outstanding balances are paid for each project.
