funk guitar tracks for two songs

Hello Buhna,

I'm predominantly a recording/mixing engineer in the Netherlands but I am helping a friend write his first EP containing 5 songs inspired by old soul classics with some funk and blues influences.

I wrote some demo songs with him and we are looking for guitar tracks on two songs that are well recorded and ready to be used in the final production.

We like clean, modern funk rhythm guitars. Perhaps you could provi ... de us with both a clean DI sound as well as an amp sound?

Demo song one is called "Medicijn" and has funk rhythm guitar in the verse and in the chorus. We have demo guitars that can be followed exactly.

For this song we would like a rhythm guitar in the verses and a double tracked rhyhm guitar for the chorus.

Demo song two is called "Whiplash" and has a simple funk rhythm guitar which was generated with Ai to fill out the rest of the arrangement and get a feel for what guitar would do in that song. We wonder if you are capable of providing a guitar track for that song.

The verses can be a funk rhythm guitar track sound just like the previous song but the intro and chorus of Whiplash has a R&B guitar sound which might need a little tweaking on your side.

Again we are looking for a di and amp sound and a double tracked chorus.

We have stems for the demo's with programmed drums, bass, instruments, guitars and guide vocals.

I have provided two demo's in the upload so you can have a listen.

We have a budget of 100 dollars for both tracks.

To me the timing is quite important as well as the sound of the DI signal is nice full spectrum and has little noise and isn't harsh or overdriven.

I think for the funk rhythm guitars a vox-ac30 amp sound would work well too.

And perhaps with the chorus in Whiplash demo song a different amp sound could work, based off of the Ai generated idea.
