Can someone please extend and complete this cut song from a video game?

This is my first time, i have no idea what something like this would cost. There's a game called Resident Evil Outbreak File #2. I've attached a SAMPLE song "Elephant Bar" that I am in L.O.V.E. with and want it extended and completed. It was cut from the game and never made it out. There are no other versions of this song anywhere. I only have a few seconds of it recorded from a demo leak.

BACKSTORY:
In a very early alpha version of the game before ... they released it they had a song that played in the "Elephant Bar" section of the game. They cut the song from the released version of the game, the song "Elephant Bar" does not exist anywhere online. I only have a few seconds of it and there's zombie noises and footsteps and door sound effects playing because it was recorded from an alpha demo version of the game.

EXPECTATIONS:
I'd like you to listen to "Elephant Bar" and a similar Full Song from the game I've attached . And try to recreate Elephant Bar as best as you can. There's so little of it you'll have to use your creativity and try to complete the rest of it as best as you can. It should be about 3-4 minutes. Keep in mind this is a Survival Horror game. So the theme is calm/horror/dark/ambient. I've attached a sample of a fully released song from the same game that sounds similar so you can get a feel for the emotion these songs are suppose to create.

It's so stupid but I'm in love with it. I LOVE music. I go to a different place with Music. Music has brought me out of a lot of dark and hard times of my life. And I need this song added to my collection. I'll also post it online for the fans of rare unreleased soundtracks.
