Seeking Photographers and Artists to Help with Album Artwork

I'm putting together a bunch of art pieces and photographs to be used for my album artwork, lyric booklets and CD covers, etc.

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all disc manufacturing is currently on hold, so what I want to do instead is to hire a few artists and photographers to draw, paint and take photos of what's going on around us during the COVID-19 pandemic, photos of sunsets/sunrises, "On the Road" style photos, some photos of empty rural smal ... l towns and photos of people wearing masks and social distancing. I also want as many PoCs (People of Color) in the photos as well.

As for the artwork, I'd like the artwork to be inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic, the political revolution of the Left (progressives like AOC, Bernie Sanders, Nina Turner, etc.), the journey of my life (I'll send in some photos of me that would give you an idea of what I'm trying to accomplish), some LGBTIQQA+ inspired artwork and people struggling with mental health issues, addictions, etc.

What would happen with all the artwork and photos is that they'd be digitized and turned into digital album artwork to be featured in my digital/online-only music releases (I'm releasing one song per week) and I'd also use some of it for video/photo-style collage footage to be used in animated music videos and lyric music videos. I'd also include it in my digital-only release of my farewell anthology album box set, where fans can download it from my website after they purchase the album box set.

I'll pay up to $50 per photo set and as for artwork from artists, I'd be paying anywhere between $25-$100 per painting, drawing, graphic design, etc. and please make sure that if you are doing a painting or drawing, take photos or scan it in a way so that it's digital/download-ready for fans to view the album artwork online.
